Have we reached peak “Netflix & Chill?” This New York City Airbnb listing really takes the popular meme to the next level. The room is part art-project, part rental—it’s a collaboration between ART404 and artist Tom Galle—and is located in the city's West Village neighborhood.

The $400-a-night room for two (that’s the maximum occupancy) features a bed with Netflix-branded pillowcases and a comforter, a full mini bar, an HD projector that is connected to an AppleTV and a Netflix account, plus surround-sound speakers. And that’s not all: there’s also a large bathroom with marble finish and rooftop access with views of the Manhattan skyline (if you want to take a break from House of Cards or Orange is the New Black). The room is open for Saturday night bookings, but there’s availability as early as February 6th as of publication time.

“A lot of our work revolves around the Internet culture or popular culture,” Galle told Mashable in an interview. “The Netflix and Chill meme sort of naturally came up as the right subject to build a project around, and the idea grew automatically from there.” But the project's primary goal isn't monetary gain, Galle told the site—they ultimately hope that the project gets enough exposure and has people talking.
