Madame Tussauds gave Prince Harry's wax figure a makeover to match Meghan's look.
As Meghan Markle's May 19 Royal Wedding to Prince Harry draws nearer, Madame Tussauds wants to make sure its regal wax figure display is up to date.
Today, Madame Tussauds London unveiled its first-ever wax creation of the soon-to-be Duchess along with an updated version of her fiancé's likeness to reflect one momentous occasion from their relationship: their engagement announcement.
Clad in the green P.A.R.O.S.H bow dress Markle wore under a white coat, the wax figure reflects the moment she and Prince Harry stepped out on November 27, 2017 to reveal their big marital news.
Perhaps because it's against protocol for royal women to take off their coats in public, Markle's dress was only fully revealed when she and her beau sat for their engagement interview.
As for Prince Harry's wax representation, which was originally crafted four years ago to mark his 30th birthday: He's now got that signature ginger scruff.
Some people are genuinely surprised at how much the Meghan Markle replica looks like the "Suits" actress as Madame Tussauds has been criticized in the past for some of its celebrity interpretations (think: Beyoncé).
Madame Tussauds London's wax Meghan Markle and Prince Harry figures will be open to the public on May 18, the day before the royal wedding, and apparently if your name is Meghan or Harry you get free entry for the day. (*Drops everything and Googles how quickly you can legally change your name*).
Madame Tussauds' New York location also unveiled its own renditions of the famous couple this afternoon, showing Markle in a black-skirted dress with an embroidered white top.
New York's location is offering the Megan and Harry deal as well and will be hosting a Royal Wedding Viewing Party for those of us who didn't make the cut.
