Companies are becoming more comfortable with the idea of providing increased flexibility to their employees, and it seems like work-from-home opportunities are popping up all over the place. In fact, remote job listings have risen by 52 percent in two years, according to a 2016 Flexjobs report. And the trend is not just for small companies and start-ups—mega brands like Amazon have also started offering remote positions.

Now, the most magical company on earth is offering potential employees the chance to work from their own castles. The Disney Store retail chain is now hiring work-from-home guest service positions. “Cast members,” as Disney calls its workers, will handle emails and calls to help customers resolve issues.

According to Disney’s career page the company is looking for remote employees located in Nevada, Georgia, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Responsibilities include fulfilling the Disney Store mission of “creating magical moments for guests of all ages,” according to the listing.

Basic qualifications include previous experience in customer service, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Although not mandatory, Disney also gives preference to bilingual applicants with both written and verbal skills.

Though work-from-home positions often offer more flexibility than a traditional office job, the listing does ask that applicants be open to working evenings, holidays, and weekends.
