When you’re a kid, summer is everything. Freedom from school and schedules (and having to wear shoes). Trips to see friends and cousins. Endless popsicles. When you’re an adult, summer is, well, complicated. Sure, there are still looser schedules and family trips. But many of us let hangups about wearing a bathing suit or getting a beach body ruin all the fun. This year, let’s lose the insecurities and learn to be carefree again.
