Normally, the words "good" and "divorce" aren't in the same sentence—let alone right next to each other. But on this week's episode of Labor of Love, host Lori Leibovich is joined by two real women who are proof that it is possible to have a healthy, positive divorce experience. Leibovich hears stories from Real Simple readers Lara Greenlees, who is in the process of getting divorced, and Shelly Wetton, who is divorced, but remains close to her ex-husband and his new wife.

Both Greenlees and Wetton have sound advice for those who are going through a divorce or navigating life after one. Leibovich is also joined by Francine Baras, co-founder of Start Over Smart (which she founded in 2010 to help people going through divorce) and co-author of 37 Things I Wish I'd Known Before My Divorce ($11, For advice from Baras, and the inspiring stories of Greenlees and Wetton, listen to the full episode below.
