When expecting couples are exploring baby-naming options, there are bound to be winners, and there are bound to be some losers. And surprisingly, this situation doesn’t change even if the expecting couple is a pair of A-list actors and budding entrepreneurs. Yes, even Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren are finding it’s hard to come up with a name both parties can agree on.

In July, the actress and Honest Company founder announced on Instagram that she was expecting her third child with husband, actor, and sock company Pair of Thieves founder Cash Warren. The two have two daughters, Honor, age nine, and Haven, age six. And last night, during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote the Honest Company's new home cleaning line, Alba revealed that sticking with the theme for baby number three has been a tricky task. (Alba appeared on Fallon’s show back in August, and revealed that her and her husband pick names for their children that start with the letter “H,” are nouns, and contain two syllables.)

When the topic was brought up again, Fallon jokingly offered up his suggestions “Herman,” “Hale and Hearty,” and “Wee Willie Warren,” also unwittingly disclosing the baby’s previously unannounced gender. Alba posted a gender reveal video shortly after the interview last night on her Instagram, so it seems like there was no ill will between the host and the actress.

Alba then brought up Warren’s suggestion for their first son: Dick with a silent H, or Hdick. Alba, of course, immediately struck down this suggestion, saying that it was a “terrible, terrible name.” Fallon tried to see Warren’s side of things, noting that “Dick Warren” sounded like an old-timey detective, but Alba struck him down, too.

“Don’t encourage him!” Alba told Fallon.

While we will have to wait a little longer to find out what “H” name the couple has decided on, it’s good to know that even celebrities find it hard to come up with a name both mom and dad like.
