Take a Tour of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s Tennessee Home
It’s on the market for $3.45 million.
Power couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are making some changes to their real estate portfolio. According to Variety, the actress and country singer just put their Tennessee house on the market for $3.45 million.
The 5,086-square-foot house is on a secluded parcel of land located in Franklin, Tennessee, just 21 miles south of Nashville. The historic city has a Main Street that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is on Money’s Best Places to Live in 2017 list.
The four-bedroom, six-bathroom (four full and two half bathrooms) retreat sits on a 35.73-acre lot so there’s plenty of green space to explore. In addition to the main brick house, there’s also a guest cottage and barn on the property. And according to the listing, there is a “hilltop building site with view,” so buyers could potential add more to the property.
Inside, the decor is bright and airy with light, neutral tones and plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the sunshine. In addition to a gourmet kitchen, expansive living room, and comfortable bedrooms, other amenities include an enormous walk-in closet, home gym, and office.
The couple is not leaving Tennessee for good—they have a mansion in Nashville, plus homes in Beverly Hills, New York City, and Sydney, Australia, according to Variety. French King Fine Properties have the listing.
