Mandy Moore is on the move. The actress and singer just sold her 1920s Mediterranean-style home for $2.95 million. Located in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, the five bedroom, five bathroom home features many of the original, historical details from the 1920s: magnesite stairs, wrought iron railings, wood floors with decorative inlay, and beading on the ceiling of the first floor.

The home is tucked away on a hill (a perfect spot to hide out from paparazzi) and sits on a 12,000-square-foot lot. Other features include a reading and sitting room, large chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room, and a two-car garage. There’s plenty of outdoor space, too—three of the bedrooms have private patios and the backyard has winding steps that lead to different gardens and outdoor sitting spots with lush landscaping. The house is also within walking distance of the Griffith Park hiking trails, so there’s plenty of nature to take in.
