Reality TV star, fashion and lifestyle entrepreneur, and new mom Lauren Conrad is looking to unload some real estate. Conrad just listed her 4,303-square-foot Brentwood, California, home for $4.495 million. It was built in 1959.

The star, who bought the home for $3.7 million in 2013, is no stranger to the real estate game and flipping homes—she bought a $4.4 million Mediterranean-style home in the Pacific Palisades back in 2015 and sold it for $4.995 million last May.

The two-story house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Other features include a chef’s dine-in kitchen, dark hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a wood-burning fireplace. The expansive kitchen opens up to the living room, so there’s enough space for a dining area, with a small breakfast nook off the cooking area. Of course, there is plenty of closet space and a light-filled dressing room that will make any fashionista jealous. Outside there’s a sizable backyard with a brick patio.

And since Conrad is a style icon with fashion and decor lines, you can see that her aesthetic shines through in the home. The rooms are white and clean with stylish details like glamorous light fixtures and marble tiles and countertops. There are plenty of windows throughout the house, bringing in a lot of natural light.
