Thanks to shows like Fixer Upper, Flip or Flop, and Property Brothers, HGTV is one of our favorite channels. It seems that they are determined to hold on to their title in the next few years thanks to a line-up of new shows that will definitely keep us tuning in.

HGTV is franchising Flip or Flop with five new duos and titles set in cities across the U.S. The most recent spin-off is Flip or Flop Las Vegas, which premiered last month with MMA fighter Bristol Marundes and his wife Aubrey at the helm. The next to join HGTV’s lineup will be Flip or Flop Atlanta, which is slated to premiere in August. That version of the show stars Ken and Anita Casina, full time real estate investors and parents to three kids. Their family business transforms classic Southern houses into modern homes that retain their original charm, which sounds just about perfect.

Premiere dates are still be worked out for Flip or Flip Fort Worth with military veterans turned real estate investors Andy and Ashley Williams; Flip or Flop Chicago starring Mark and Liz Perez; and Flip or Flop Nashville starring exes Page Turner and former NFL player DeRon Jenkins who put their differences aside to turn-over real estate in the Tennessee city.
