Talk about a dream (movie) home.

There’s plenty to love about Father of the Bride: its all-star cast (Steve Martin, Diane Keaton, and Martin Short = dream team), its sentimental story, and, of course, the picture-perfect house where most of the movie takes place. Now, one lucky buyer can purchase a piece of movie history: the house, which is located in the Los Angeles suburb of Alhambra, is on the market for $1.998 million.

If the front of the house doesn’t look familiar to you, that’s because it wasn’t actually featured in the film. Only the backyard—yes, where Steve Martin’s character George and his daughter Annie played basketball and the wedding took place—was seen in the film. While producers used another house in nearby Pasadena to film the facade, this house has a beautiful exterior, too. The movie home’s interiors were shot on a soundstage.

This 4,397-square-foot, two-story Colonial home was built in 1925 and features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large formal dining room, a sunroom, and even a gourmet kitchen with a 90-bottle wine fridge. And that famous basketball court is still intact, for anyone who wants to keep up the hoops tradition that Annie and George had in the movie.
