- 4 avocados, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 small bell pepper (any color), finely chopped
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- kosher salt
- In a large bowl, combine the avocados, tomatoes, cilantro, bell pepper, scallions, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Mix, mashing as desired, until combined.
