Play “The Biggest Loser” on Wii

If NBC’s reality hit The Biggest Loser has inspired you to turn your living room into your own weight loss ranch, plug in this game for the Nintendo Wii. You can choose your trainer and which contestant you’ll be, then compete in challenges like those on the show. Plus, you’ll get health and lifestyle tips and customizable workouts and nutrition plans.

To buy: $40, amazon.com.

Listen to “Splendor in the Grass” by Pink Martini

The fourth album from pianist Thomas Lauderdale and his 12-member orchestra features 13 tracks that blend the group’s fanciful mix of styles―jazz, show, Latin, and lounge. All sounds that go perfectly with a―you guessed it―martini.

To buy: $9, amazon.com.

Buy “Forrest Gump” on Blu-Ray

For its 15th anniversary, the Academy Award-winning Best Picture got a high-definition makeover. This two-disc set includes new bonus features that explore the visual effects of the film and how Tom Hanks perfected his dialect for his performance.

To buy: $40, amazon.com.

Play Trivial Pursuit Experiment

Who’s smarter: men or women? Now you can finally find out with this highly unscientific online game from Hasbro. Click on category cards from the Trivial Pursuit game and answer questions to win points for your sex. At press time, men were beating women by a sound 140,000 points.

Rock to “Foo Fighters Greatest Hits”

After 15 years together, Dave Grohl and his Grammy-winning rock band have released a greatest hits album. In addition to hits like “Best of You,” “The Pretender,” and “Times Like These,” you can jam to two new tracks, too.

To buy: $18, amazon.com.

Get a Sneak Peek of “Serious Moonlight”

When Louise (played by Meg Ryan) finds out her husband, Ian (played by Timothy Hutton) is cheating, she takes him hostage to remind him of their love. Fans of that other Meg Ryan-Timothy Hutton romantic comedy French Kiss will enjoy this slightly darker take on romance written by Waitress’s Adrienne Shelly. The film opens in theaters on December 4, but if you have Video on Demand through your cable provider, you can catch it there starting today.
