Sarah Sherman Samuel’s Instagram account is what modern interior design dreams are made of: brass hardware everywhere, beautiful neutral paint colors, patterned wallpaper, and a plant hanging out in every corner. Her designs reflect everything that’s of-the-moment, so it comes as no surprise that Mandy Moore has apparently hired her for her current home renovation. And lucky for us, the designer has been offering up some sneak peeks of the stunning work in progress on Instagram.

Yesterday, the designer shared that it was the first day of furniture installation at Mandy Moore’s home, and she gave her followers a glimpse of the beautiful bathroom. In line with her previous projects, Sherman Samuel chose rounded rectangular brass mirrors to hang above the Jack and Jill sinks. To continue the brass party, the designer chose brass faucets and wall sconces, and you can catch a look at the brass mid-century modern starburst chandelier reflected in the mirror.

Earlier this month, the designer gifted us with a closeup of the marble slab shower in the star’s new master bathroom. Is that veining breathtaking, or what?

And like any dream home, of course Mandy's place has its own “library.” Sherman Samuel snapped this shot of the built-in sofa, adorned with plush velvet cushions. In her caption, she says it’s so nice to finally see this sofa come together after designing it a year ago.

On her personal account, Mandy Moore teased a look at the exterior of the mid-century modern home, complete with a swimming pool. Click through for some behind-the-scenes shots of the decorating process in action (including an adorable mirror selfie).
