Binge-watching just got better.

There’s nothing quite like House Hunters to bring everyone together, and soon there will be more options to watch nonstop on the weekends.

Brace yourselves because two new House Hunters series will be airing on HGTV this year: House Hunters Family and Tiny Paradise. The original House Hunters premiered in 1999, and there’s no slowing down anytime soon. Five spinoffs and 128 seasons are not enough for the home obsessed.

House Hunters Family, which premieres in October, will let the kids be part of the decision process, as if there isn’t already enough of a debate between just the parents. Kids trying to make adult decisions is always adorable, so this one has to be a hit. Swing sets will definitely be on the must-have list on this show.

While there’s already small-house focused shows on HGTV like Tiny House Hunters and Tiny House, Big Living, Tiny Paradise will be the holy grail of them all. It will have all the elements of its predecessors, but with more pizzazz and glam. If you’ve never imagined living in 400 square feet, this show will change that. It will premiere on July 3rd.
