Flip over the tin and nest tortillas between the raised cups (stick to flour or whole wheat; corn tortillas will crumble). A 12-muffin pan can support 4 to 6 tortillas, depending on their size. Bake at 375º F for about 8 minutes and voilà—perfectly crispy shells for taco salad or guacamole.
