Architecture buffs won’t be able to move in soon enough.
Thought you missed out on an opportunity to own a home designed by famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright? Luckily another one of his gorgeous mid-century creations has hit the market.
This home, which is on the market for $500,000, is located in Boulder City, Nevada—an area approximately 30 minutes southeast of Las Vegas. Originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the 50s, the three-bedroom, 2,100-square-foot ranch was later modified by an apprentice, Harry Thompson, to fit the property. The home was finally completed around 1963, according to Curbed.
Despite a renovation in the mid-90s, the sprawling home features many of the original details, like a two-story rose quartz fireplace, wood-paneled ceilings, reinforced concrete and steel walls, a marble kitchen island, and even an old burnished copper intercom system.
