Taking digital pictures has always been a point-and-click love affair. What’s not to adore? It’s cheap. Easy. Instantly gratifying. But think about printing and framing those pictures and it’s tough to commit (as those over-crowded memory cards can attest).

Enter, a website that custom frames your digital pictures at affordable prices (from around $20 to $125) and delivers them nicely wrapped to your door in about a week. Just upload photos onto the site (which stores them for as long as you want), then choose from a collection of more than 50 high-quality frames. Unlike at a regular frame store, where you select a frame from a bunch of sample corners, here you can see how your photo will look in the full frame with a simple click of the mouse. (So if “Thomas Maple” doesn’t complement that photo of your nephew at the beach, you can swap it for “Havana Brick.”) An edit function allows you to position the photo. And you can choose to foil-stamp a date or a quotation right on the white matting (natural and cream are also available).
