High-end, natural design for the budget-conscious.
You might associate IKEA with a minimalist and modern design aesthetic, but now everyone’s favorite furniture retailer is debuting a warmer collection. The company has collaborated with British designer Ilse Crawford to create SINNERLIG, a new collection that’s all about “simple form, natural materials, and honest imperfections.” The inspiration for the new line? Society's obsession with technology and what that means for our home lives. “We have observed that the more digital our lives become, the more we crave the physical,” said Crawford in a statement. “It’s about balance…We can see changes in workplaces for instance, moving away from hard surfaces towards more tactile materials that engage the senses such as wood and more natural materials.”
Take a look at some of our favorite pieces from the collection below. Shop these pieces (and more) starting in October.
