Architecture buffs, if you have money to spare, now is your chance to own a piece of design history. The original owners of this Frank Lloyd Wright-designed house just put it on the market for the first time ever. The listing price is $1.495 million—what some might consider a bargain for a home designed by one of the greatest architects in U.S. history.

Since it hasn’t been up for sale since it was originally designed and built in 1960, the Minneapolis, Minn. home is very much a time capsule, showcasing the design and architectural trends of that time period. Inside, you’ll find plenty of wood-paneled rooms and built-ins, as well as retro and midcentury modern furniture. The home, which sits on 3.77 acres, features three bedrooms, two baths, and a lower level family room. The light-filled house is located on a quiet cul de sac with spectacular views of the surrounding nature.
