If you've been following Sherry and John Petersik—the adorable couple behind the popular DIY and decorating blog Young House Love—as closely as we have, then chances are you've already fallen in love with their beautiful, yet down-to-earth approach to home decor. Known for flipping houses so they not only look much better, but also function much better, it should come as no surprise that the couple's freshly-launched furniture line at Wayfair marries form and function beautifully. According to Sherry, the goal of the new collection was just that, to create furniture that, "Serves your family and looks really good." The couple set out to build a line that can not only survive kids and dogs, but that you'll actually want to keep for years to come. Oh, and did we mention that it's all reasonable priced, too? Stylish, durable, and inexpensive—we've finally found a furniture collection that checks all of the boxes. Learn more about the Petersik's four favorite pieces from the collection, below.

A Dresser with Family History

To create brand-new pieces that still have some history behind them, the Petersiks drew inspiration from their own family heirlooms. For example, this dresser from the Wayfair collection was inspired by a dresser that John inherited from his father, and which dates back to the 1920's. The design of the drawer pulls and the turned wood legs were both inspired by the heirloom, lending this new dresser some vintage charm.

At the same time, the sturdy construction makes this a piece you'll want to keep around for years. No cheap particle-board drawer backs here, the Petersiks promise. This dresser was built to last.

A Scalloped Sideboard Packed with Personality (and Hidden Storage)

When I asked the couple about their favorite pieces in the collection, this scalloped sideboard landed near the top of the list. And it's not hard to see why. Hiding behind its pretty scalloped exterior is lots and lots of storage space. As Sherry points out, this versatile piece can work in almost any room—let it hold dishes in the dining room, use it as a TV console in the living room, or let it store supplies in your craft room.

And the design makes it easy to add this dresser into almost any space. When designing the collection, the couple created pieces that could be swapped in and work seamlessly with many different decor styles.

A Stylish Dining Chair That Looks Many Times Its Price

This vibrant blue dining chair may look delicate and expensive—but surprise, it's neither. "I have probably bought 100 chairs in my life," says Sherry, "but this is the sturdiest feeling chair." So sturdy, in fact, that the Petersiks decided not to use them in their dining room, but rather in their kids' playroom, trusting that these durable chairs could withstand all that their kids would put them through.

A Cozy (and Versatile) Side Chair

Another piece that adapts alongside your lifestyle, this comfy side chair can fit a couple when the arm cushions are removed (hello, new favorite Netflix-watching spot). Or, replace the cushions and this chair becomes the ultimate breastfeeding chair for a baby nursery, Sherry recommends.
