Crate and Barrel Paint Swatches

Smart move, Crate & Barrel. The retailer has built a loyal fan base with its stylish and classic home furnishings and decor offerings—and now there’s even more reason to love it. The brand is launching its first-ever paint collection, Color by Crate and Barrel.

The exclusive line of interior paints was created with the help of Colorhouse, a company that makes eco-friendly paints. The new offerings contain no VOCs (volatile organic compounds), toxic fumes, reproductive toxins, or chemical solvents. The whole collection of classic and simple hues were inspired by “the purity of the color in an artist’s palette” and they're all complementary so you can use them throughout your house. Plus, there are plenty of finish options, too: choose from flat, eggshell, or semi-gloss.

Customers can check out the new line when it debuts on March 29. You can purchase 8-ounce samples in-stores and find larger cans online at Prices range from $7 for a sample can to $225 for a 5-gallon can.
