Look Inside Jackie O’s $30 Million Childhood Summer Home in the Hamptons

It has 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

The beautiful Hamptons estate where Jackie Kennedy used to spend her summers as a child is about to get a new owner, Trulia reports. Located on more than seven acres of land in East Hampton, the property, which includes a pool house and a guest house, was recently sold for $30 million. The home boasts 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, all impeccably decorated.

Built in 1917 and designed by Arthur Jackson, the expansive estate was “fully renovated and updated to maximum standards and attention to every minute detail," the real estate firm Douglas Elliman reports. The home is also private and located just a few minutes walk away from the beach, making it a tranquil retreat. The name of the estate, Lasata, reflects this—it’s a Native American word meaning “place of peace.” When you’re ready to feel at ease, take a quick virtual tour of the estate, below.
