It’s exactly what we wanted after watching the streaming service’s first holiday hit, A Christmas Prince.

Netflixers around the country could not get enough of the streaming service’s first original Christmas movie, A Christmas Prince, which was released during Thanksgiving weekend. So Netflix decided to give us an equally exciting follow up-movie, called Christmas Inheritance. Prepare to be posting about it on social media in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

We’re beyond ready for round two of Christmas comedy and romance. It’s bound to be cheesy, but that’s what Christmas movies are for, right?

The movie, which premieres Friday, December 15th, is about a woman (played by Eliza Taylor—you can also catch Jake Lacy and Andie MacDowell in the film) who is eager to inherit her father’s company—and the money that comes with it. But her father doesn't think she’s ready, so he sends her back to his tiny hometown of Snow Falls during the holidays, to learn the value of hard work. And of course while she’s there, she ends up falling in love and making some friends along the way.

If you haven’t checked out the hype around the first Christmas movie, check out #ChristmasPrince on social media, and then use #ChristmasInheritance once this movie premieres. You’re about to get even cozier with your couch.

Can’t wait until Friday to watch the flick? Get a glimpse with the trailer here.
