If you could pick any way for your partner to express his or her love on Valentine's Day, what would it be? Would you want a bouquet of roses, or would you rather come home to a clean sink and neatly folded laundry? Be honest: It's usually the latter. If we really consider what love looks like in a relationship, there are probably many nights spent on the couch tuned into Netflix, a few arguments about whose turn it is to clean out the litterbox, and silent wishes for a night to yourself. There's no shame in that. So while typical conversation heart messages like “Kiss Me” and “Be Mine” are sweet, the below sentiments might be a bit more accurate.
