Already counting down to Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas? Well, this year the family-friendly inspirational cable channel is giving devotees an early present. This Sunday, the Hallmark Channel is hosting a one-hour special that will give viewers a sneak peek at their new slate of original holiday programming.

Fuller House stars Candace Cameron Bure, Lori Loughlin, and Jodie Sweetin (all of whom star in original holiday movies this year) will host the “Countdown to Christmas Preview” on October 22 at 9 p.m. central. The show will give viewers an exclusive preview of the 21 new original movies scheduled to premiere this season, including Bure's Switched for Christmas, Loughlin's When Calls the Heart: The Christmas Wishing Tree, and Sweetin's first Hallmark movie Finding Santa.

For those who aren't familiar with the magical annual television event, “Countdown to Christmas” is when Hallmark Channel devotes its entire schedule to playing holiday programming 24/7. This year, it will start on Friday, October 27, 2017 and end on Monday, January 1, 2018. But that doesn’t mean the channel will play the same holiday movies over and over again: Every Saturday and Sunday during this period, Hallmark will premiere a new original movie. Littered throughout the event’s two-month duration, special Holiday-themed events, like the National Christmas Tree Lighting, as well as special movie marathons, like the five-night Thanksgiving Movie Event, will be broadcast as well.

The preview show will prove particularly beneficial for fans participating in Hallmark’s 2017 Christmas Fantasy Game—an online fantasy league-styled game where enthusiasts can guess the top rated and watched new movies throughout the season for a chance to win more than $20,000 worth of prizes.
