This confetti was made for floating! Before you toss old gift wrap or tissue paper in the trash, think about putting it on display in the air.

What You Need

  • Scissors
  • Paper or tissue paper (For a sophisticated mix, like this one, use bright pink, apricot, orange, and silver.)

How to make tissue paper confetti

  1. Fold several sheets of paper together
  2. Cut the paper into 1/2 inch strips
  3. Cut the strips crosswise into short strips of confetti

Use your custom confetti as a festive decoration, upgrade your balloon banners or transform a party hat into a simple party-piñata by hanging it upside-down filled with confetti and small gifts.
