How to: Exhale, bringing arms down and out to shoulder height, gazing ahead at fingertips. Make sure heels are either in line with each other or front heel is in line with middle arch of back foot. Inhale here, and windmill arms down to the mat, bringing front leg back and lowering body into plank.
