How to: Come onto all fours, knees hip-width apart, palms aligned under shoulders, shoulders over wrists. Spread fingertips wide, keeping them straight ahead. Inhale, arching the spine and looking up to cow pose, then round the spine, bringing your navel in and your chin gently to your chest.
