5 stars from a bacon lover! Great flavor and texture. A tasty alternative to the classic BLT. I'm not a vegetarian but I do like to try to eat healthier if I can, and I love BLTs. The mushrooms were a perfect replacement for the bacon. I made it almost exactly according to the recipe, but I did add a few healthy dashes of Worcestershire sauce to the marinade. Cooked for 11 minutes and then flipped and cooked for another 11 minutes. Don't skimp on the marinade, the more the better (but don't make it soggy). It was so yummy! I will definitely make again. Bye Bye Bacon...you will not be missed!
