Delicious on their own, beer and dessert are two-times tastier together. It’s hard to screw up the combo, but for simplicity’s sake, here’s a golden rule to remember: pair like with like. In other words, beers with fruity notes complement juicy cobblers, crumbles, or pies. And ones with frothy textures make creamy desserts even more luscious. Bottoms up!
