Feel like you're shelling out a lot for your favorite Starbucks drink? Beginning July 12, you might want to be prepared to pay even more. On Monday, the coffee chain announced "a small price increase on select beverages."
The announcement came after a computer glitch caused premature price hikes at certain locations. According to the statement, customers were overcharged a maximum of 30 cents per beverage. Though it is unclear how much more beverages will cost when the new prices go into effect next week, Starbucks raised the cost of some drinks by as much as 20 cents last year.
