- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- Melt the butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add the bourbon, molasses, and vinegar. Cook, stirring, until thick and bubbling, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and keep warm.
