How to Make It

Step 1

Pulse the cranberries, pear, sugar, ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a small bowl and let sit for at least 5 minutes and up to overnight before serving. (The flavors will meld with time.)
