Blood and Sanguinello
3 ounces Glenfiddich 12 Year
3 ounces blood orange liqueur, such as Solerno
3 ounces Lillet Rouge
2 ounces fresh pink grapefruit juice
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
4 gourmet maraschino cherries, such as Luxardo Maresca
½ egg white
2 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
1. Muddle cherries in the bottom of a mixing glass. Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and shake well again. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a spiral of orange zest or lime.
