Roasted Cauliflower Salad With Feta
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast at 400° F until tender; let cool. Serve on salad greens with sliced red onion, crumbled Feta, chopped almonds, and your favorite vinaigrette.

Cauliflower With Raisins and Pine Nuts
Sauté cauliflower florets and sliced garlic in olive oil until browned and tender. Toss with golden raisins, pine nuts, crushed red pepper, and salt.

Cauliflower, Bacon, and Olive Pasta
Cook cut-up bacon until crisp; remove from skillet. Add cauliflower florets and cook until browned and tender. Toss with cooked penne, pitted kalamata olives, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley.

Cauliflower Puree
Steam cauliflower florets until very tender. Puree with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
