If you’re prone to scraping raw cookie dough from the bowl (and okay, occasionally eating the unbaked scoops from the baking sheet), listen up: a new NYC-based dessert shop is selling safe-to-eat cookie dough treats. It’s called , and yes, they deliver.

By using a pasteurized egg product and a special heating process (which kills any potentially harmful bacteria), all of Dō’s products are guaranteed to be salmonella-free. Even the flour is heat-treated, which is especially reassuring considering the recent flour recall.  The store offers a number of classic flavors, including Signature Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookie, Brownie Batter, Oatmeal M&M, and Commando (straight up signature), as well as some with a twist—Fluffernutter, Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle, and Gimme S’more, to name a few. The shop also has rotating seasonal flavors, vegan and gluten free options, and even an assortment of freshly baked cookies.

Now that you’re hooked, here’s how to get it. If you’re based in NYC, you can visit the Greenwich Village store and get a scoop on the spot.  The store also delivers in Manhattan (below 110th Street) for $10, and is available for purchase via Postmates, Caviar, and Uber Eats. Not in NYC? The store ships the dough Monday-Thursday via FedEx to 48 states. The dough should be refrigerated or frozen, and can also be baked into warm and puffy cookies.
