Ben & Jerry’s new ice cream flavors never disappoint, and their latest release is certainly no exception. On Wednesday, Nov. 1, Jimmy Fallon announced on the Tonight Show that he teamed up with Ben & Jerry’s for a new limited edition flavor—and it might just be our new go-to pint.

The new flavor, called Marshmallow Moon, has a vanilla ice cream base and is packed with fudge flakes, marshmallow, and graham cracker swirls. The flavor is the first of Ben & Jerry’s new “special stash” offerings, small batch flavors available on the company’s e-commerce store. The flavor is also sold at participating Ben & Jerry’s stores and via UBER Eats in New York City, Memphis, Seattle, L.A., and Portland.

“I’m so excited about Marshmallow Moon,” Fallon said in a statement. “And the name totally makes sense, because the Tonight Show logo has a moon, and I have a body like a marshmallow.”

Just like Fallon’s other flavor, Tonight Dough, all of his proceeds from the flavor will benefit the SeriousFun Children’s Network, a charity that provides camp experiences to children with serious illnesses. To date, proceeds from the Tonight Dough have raised more than $1.2 million for SeriousFun.

Our advice? Buy the flavor ASAP. It’s being made in small batches, so once it’s gone, it’s gone forever. Here’s hoping the next Special Stash offering is just as tasty.
