If you thought you knew everything there is to know about eggs, you might be wrong. Enter Sarah Karnasiewicz and Sarah Humphreys, two Real Simple staffers and co-hosts of a new podcast, "Things Cooks Know." In each episode, the expert cook, Karnasiewicz, will offer tips, advice, and answers to the amateur cook, Humphreys. First up, eggs. Since the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee recently eased up on cholesterol restrictions and gave eggs (yolk and all!) the green light, this breakfast food is back on the table.

Are brown eggs better than white eggs? How do you keep scrambled eggs from feeling rubbery? And what is a quick and easy egg recipe the entire family will love? Find out the answers to those questions, and more, by listening to the pilot episode below. For more cooking tips, be sure to subscribe in iTunes.
