What You Need
- Corn on the cob
- Kosher salt
- Unsalted butter
Follow These Steps
- Shuck corn, removing all of the silk from the cobs. (Tip: To get at stubborn threads of silk, use a clean toothbrush: the bristles will lift them away quickly and efficiently.)
- Fill a large pot of water ¾ full with water and bring to a boil.
- Add the corn and cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
