4 December Cookbooks We Love
Our favorite finds for winter baking or holiday gifting.
Modern Comfort Cooking, by Lauren Grier
Grier takes the classics and gives them an upgrade, for every meal of the day. Love bread pudding? Try Almond Butter and Strawberry Croissant Pudding. Crazy for chilaquiles? Why not opt for a Pulled Pork Chilaquiles Frittata. For dinner, try her globally inspired twists on classic dishes: think Indian chicken pot pie and a Spanish wedge salad.
