How To Do It

Toss any of the following with a little bit of salt, pepper, and olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet and cook at 400° F until golden.

  • Trimmed asparagus
  • Cauliflower florets
  • Grapes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Trimmed green beans
  • Lemon and orange wedges
  • Mushrooms, whole or halved
  • Onion wedges
  • Chopped Swiss chard
  • Sliced zucchini
