This was a great recipe! Even my husband, who claimed moments before trying it that he doesn't like zucchini bread, ended up loving it and asking me to make more!
I'll be making this, this weekend, but will bake it in mini pans. I can only eat small portions, but love to bake, and do so frequently. So will bake this try it and give small loaves to several friends so they can taste it also. OH, I also found a recipe for Lemon Poppyseed Zuchini bread, I'm baking one of those also.
