Cut piecrust into 8 triangles. Mix shredded roasted turkey with mango chutney.
Top the triangles with the turkey mixture and leftover mashed potatoes. Brush edges with water and pinch corners together to seal.
Bake at 375° F until golden brown, 25 to 35 minutes.
this recipe is delicious, but the mashed potatoes are a bit much. i replaced them with shredded cabbage and it was a smash hit. also, the pie crust is more easily managed when cut into 4, not 8.
