- 2 slices pumpernickel bread
- 2 ounces thinly sliced ham
- 2 slices pineapple
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Top 1 slice of the bread with the ham, pineapple, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with the oil and sandwich with the other slice of bread.
