- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as chives and basil)
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 4 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 4 radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
- Mix together the butter, herbs, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Dividing evenly, spread the bread with the herb butter. Form a sandwich with the bread and radishes. Cut in half.
