How to Make It

Step 1

Drain the pears, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.

Step 2

In a blender, puree the pears, reserved juice, limeade, and lime zest until smooth.

Step 3

Spoon into pop molds or paper cups. Cover and freeze until firm, 3 hours. (If using cups, insert wooden sticks into the semi-frozen pops after 90 minutes.)
