Really, really great rub! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts (roasted at 400 for about 20 minutes) and added a little garlic powder and onion powder to the rub because you know, I couldn't resist. I also cut down on the amount of chili powder because I have a young 'un who thinks he doesn't like spices...we'll see about that! Turned out really tasty. Highly recommend for a quick chicken dish.
