How to Make It
Shred sweet potato using shredder attachment on food processor. Remove shredder, and replace with blade attachment. Add beans, oats, chia seeds, chipotle, salt, and pepper; pulse until combined, about 1 to 2 minutes. Form into 6 (½-inch thick) patties.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook until browned on each side, about 5 minutes per side.
