You'll love the subtle notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla, and the touch of sweetness from pure maple syrup. Ingredients 1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk or whole milk 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract Pinch of nutmeg Directions Place milk and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium. Reduce heat to low, simmer until milk is infused with cinnamon, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Whisk in syrup and vanilla, stirring until combined, about 1 minute.
